CAN I KNOW WHEN THE DELIVERY WILL BE MADE BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER?

Generally the goods are shipped within 24 / 48h of payment. Once the order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation notification to the email address chosen during registration.

WHAT DOES MY ORDER HAS BEEN CHANGED MEAN?

The order follows 2 steps, the first step is the confirmation notification that we have received the payment, the second step is the notification that the order has been shipped.

HOW CAN I KNOW WHERE MY PACKAGE IS?

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification via email chosen during registration with the tracking number to follow the shipment.

ARE THE PRODUCTS COVERED BY WARRANTY?

The products have a 24-month guarantee when the manufacturing defect is recognised.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF THE ORDER?

The shipping address can be changed without delay in delivery up to 1 hour before the order is shipped. Contact us for more information.

CAN I RECEIVE INVOICE?

To request an invoice, the "Company name", "VAT number" and "REcipient CODE" fields must be filled in correctly. The invoice must be requested at the time of the order by inserting a note when ordering.
