Information pursuant to Legislative Decree 185/99:
Purchases made on our site, like all remote purchases by telephone or correspondence, since they take place outside of business premises, are protected by Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999, which provides for the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal. The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within a period of 10 working days from receipt of the goods. This right consists in the faculty of returning the purchased good to the supplier without any penalty and without specifying the reason, and in the consequent refund of the purchase price.
Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned deadline of 10 working days from receipt of the goods, a communication by email to info@planetitaly.it indicating the order number.
This communication must contain the codes of the products to be returned, as well as information on how to reimburse the costs incurred (Paypal, bank transfer, etc.) and any bank details. The products subject to reconsideration must be returned by the consumer, in conditions of substantial integrity, to the following address:

Once we have received the goods and verified their integrity we will, as soon as possible, credit the customer with the cost of the returned products, retaining, where necessary, the amount of the shipping costs that will still be charged to the customer.
