The LED strip has a power of 75W and is suitable for outdoor use with a protective sheath, ideal for the decorative lighting of outdoor spaces such as gardens, terraces, balconies, outside homes, commercial premises, to decorate the swimming pool, to illuminate fountains and architectural elements. The strip has an IP68 degree of protection and is not covered in silicone like all the usual commercial strips but is covered in a particular water-tight silicone rubber casing.
Equipped with 600 SMD 5050 LEDs with a power of 75W, it is powered by 24Vdc and has a high light output and low energy consumption. The strip can be cut every 6 LEDs (every 5 cm). The color selection is done by touching the color wheel. Just touch the desired color to give the RGB apparatus the chosen color. With the controller buttons it is also possible to select full light mode, i.e. all three RGB channels turned on in order to obtain instant white. Using the two buttons provided, it is also possible to dim the amount of light (reduce or increase the light intensity).
The controller works in radio frequency and therefore it is not necessary to point the remote control at the controller but it will work from any point nearby, even if the controller is hidden or enclosed in junction boxes. Max distance 30 meters. The RF control unit, operating at 12-24V direct current, can manage a total load of 15A (5A per channel).
In addition to the radio control on/off function, the control unit is able to remember the last setting made even if its power supply is interrupted. This is useful if the device is inserted into a circuit controlled by a main switch or other type of control.
